"Self realisation is just the beginning.
Our spiritual life endlessly deepens in the Heart."
Non-Duality Teaching
Embodying non-dual Awareness
Shakti’s teaching on non-dual meditation is not a philosophy or a belief system, but a direct invitation into the lived experience of being Pure Consciousness, expressing itself through the body–mind.
Although this is often intellectually accepted, we are not just a person. In reality, our being extends far beyond the size of a body and the span of a lifetime and is interconnected with all there is. This can be achieved by letting go of every egoic image, through a process of self-inquiry and perceptual experience of reality.
Shakti – in her spiritual teaching on awareness – invites an experiential recognition that is beyond the mere understanding of non duality. It is a natural integration into everyday life, without creating any division between spirituality and living.
In this approach, meditation is an inner technology that allows whatever arises — thoughts, emotions, relationships, challenges — to be met without contraction or avoidance.
As this recognition becomes more stable, suffering gradually loosens its grip, and life reveals itself as the embodiment of Pure Consciousness, mirroring our understanding or our ignorance.

“Suffering becomes no longer something to avoid, but something to be transformed, allowing us to reclaim the natural joy of living that was contracted by the sense of a separate ‘me’.”
At the heart of this teaching is an ongoing process of integrating our humanity into our true Self, so that our individual expression becomes the jewel through which the transcendent can shine.
Life itself becomes the daily spiritual practice, where the guru is the Heart.

What Non-Duality can offer
From Shakti’s guided meditations on non-dual awareness, one can expect a space of deep listening, clarity, and truth — free from roles to perform or ideals to attain.
There are no ready-made answers or techniques to accumulate, but a living guidance that supports heart opening, inner maturation, and a grounded return to what is real, here and now.
This is not a practice to achieve extraordinary experiences, but an invitation to a quiet, embodied transformation in the way we live and relate.
Ultimately, truth cannot be found in words, but only in the silence that witnesses everything. Still, these spiritual teachings gently point to that which is beyond all experience — and yet capable of permeating every moment of life.

What is a Satsang?
Satsang is not meant to be listened to in order to be understood, but received in the same way one listens to music — allowing its deepest meaning to unfold by itself in the Heart.
What happens in a Retreat?
In intensives and retreats, supportive practices such as perception exercises, moving meditation, and periods of silent meditation allow a direct experiential recognition of the unbroken field of Consciousness that we are.
Experiencing an in-person retreat
Sometimes we feel the need to put our life on pause for a moment and reconsider where we are coming from and where we are heading.
We may rediscover how to reconnect with the natural joy of living and learn to live from non-separation, allowing our authentic being to begin to shine.
Two satsang sessions per day—one meditation session and one perception-exercise session—accompany the day.
These retreats offer a space of shared presence, silence, and embodied inquiry, where this recognition can unfold naturally through direct experience rather than conceptual understanding.
International Community Gathering
Every week, our international community of spiritual seekers gathers online to share satsang and meditate together. Participation is open to single events, or through a monthly membership.
These gatherings offer a space of presence and shared inquiry, accessible from anywhere in the world to accompany our spiritual path in the everyday.
