Embodied Self Enquiry is a one-day immersive intensive, dedicated to a direct, experiential exploration of self-enquiry through refined perception.
Rooted in presence and embodied awareness, the day invites participants to move beyond conceptual understanding and into immediate, lived seeing.
Through guided perceptual exercises, silence, and subtle inner inquiry, self-enquiry is revealed as a lived experience rather than a mental process, allowing clarity and recognition to arise naturally from direct experience.

Arriving by car:
Click here for directions and a parking. Paid parking is available in the town center near to Padma. There is a free car park 10-minute walkaway: Oude Veerseweg / Cyclehub.
Arriving by train:
On this website, https://www.ns.nl/en, you will find all the relevant information. There is a regular Intercity service from Schiphol Airport to Middelburg with one change. From Middelburg train station it is a 15 minute walk to Padma to walk through this wonderful city!
