“The Heart is where consciousness abide” Ramana Maharshi
Meeting life and its polarities compels us to challenge our usual defense mechanisms and to access a deeper space in ourselves where manifestation is not separate from us. This space is the true Heart which is where our non-dual essence as consciousness is relating from.
The Heart is the great alchemist that can transform the fear of the false personality into the natural radiance of our being, sat- cit- ānanda (truth- consciousness-bliss). The transformation of the lead of fear into the gold of joy implies dying to images that we had built up about ourself and meeting life from something that is perceived as vulnerable, but is actually openness.
The workshop will be accompanied by perceptual experiences and satsang.

Life itself is a call towards the Self. Our daily life becomes the path towards liberation. Though manifestation is only an illusion, it is also an opportunity for awakening, an invitation to rediscover the Self at the center of our own humanity. In this sense, overcoming fear and illusion is to awaken to the extraordinary beauty of the moment, and to become a true embodiment of Consciousness itself in human form.
Life itself invites you to go through all those fears that seem to trap you into the human body and into the duration of a lifetime. From the conscious perception of the Immobility of your Being, these contractions, which are the same energy we call fear, are revealed as your own joy which is now free to radiate through form.
At the center of the egoic contraction there is only pure Emptiness, something that is mistakenly conceived as fragile and vulnerable. But it is actually Openness itself, only apparently covered by the illusion of being a someone.
From this direct perception, Life appears as an embodiment of the Absolute, and a precious opportunity to experience the Self consciously. As a Creator who experiences itself through its own creation.
Shakti has shared a message of non-separation among living beings since 2003 through seminars, meetings, retreats and publications. Her approach, while in line with the ancient tradition of non-duality (Advaita, or ‘not-two’), is contemporary. It invites each of us to live from the recognition of what we are, embodying this understanding, and radiating it out through our existence.
She has been speaking at the Science and NonDuality Conference since 2016 presenting her work on the integration of Awakening in daily living.
